*Alma and Headway are billing platforms that manage payments for Moonbow Counseling

Private Pay:

If you do not have insurance or if your insurance is not listed in the above list, you may pay out-of-pocket for sessions. The fee for a standard 50 minute session is $140. I can provide you with a "super bill" that you may submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

No-Show or Late Cancellations

All clients will be charged $125 for any session that is missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours of notice . Any exception to this policy will be determined on a case-by-case basis, considering the circumstances and history of missed appointments. If 3 sessions are missed in a row, you will be discharged from therapy.
